Directions

• With dry hands, peel off plastic liner.
• Wet your nose thoroughly with water.
• With dry hands, place nose strip onto nose area then firmly press down the strip to ensure good contact with skin.
• Let it dry for about 10-15 minutes until the strip becomes firm. Peel off strip starting from the edges pulling towards center.
